The fighter is only half the filing

A camp bringing in an international fighter plans the fighter's petition carefully, then discovers late that the coach, the cutman and the training partner each need a filing of their own — tied to the fighter's, on the fighter's dates.

Corner filings do not stand alone. An O-2 rides on the fighter's O-1A; a P-1S rides on a P-1A. They are filed together or in sequence, their validity has to track the fighter's, and each has to show a prior working relationship with that fighter plus skills not readily available here.

The strongest document is one almost nobody files. A letter from the fighter, in her own words, explaining why this corner cannot be swapped out. This kit has one, written by a UFC champion for her cornerman.

The argument that wins is specific. Not "no American coach could do this" — that loses. It is the relationship built over a named number of years and a named list of fights, around this fighter's camp, style and injury history.

These are our own filings, and they are redacted

This is not a set of invented samples, and it is not other people's work.

Every document came from a petition our own agencies filed We checked every document for another firm of record. In combat sports the promoter is usually the petitioner, because the promoter employs the fighter — so the test is who prepared the filing. Denial notices are not included: this kit shows how filings are built, not outcomes.
Personal data has been removed, not covered over Passport numbers, dates of birth, home addresses, personal contact details and signatures are deleted from the file itself — including inside scanned notices, which were read by OCR and burned out at the pixel level. Nothing is recoverable by copying text out of a black box.

P-1A or O-1A for a fighter?

P-1A suits a fighter with a record in a recognised promotion, with the promoter petitioning as employer. O-1A is filed on extraordinary ability and does not depend on the promotion carrying the case — useful where the record is strong but the promotion is less established, and it reaches coaching work P-1A does not. Both routes are in the kit.

What does the corner need?

Each corner member needs their own petition — O-2 behind an O-1A fighter, P-1S behind a P-1A fighter. Neither stands alone, the dates have to track the fighter's, and each has to show a prior working relationship with that fighter and skills not readily available in the U.S. The kit has the full O-2 working set plus a champion's letter for her own cornerman.

Can I file myself using these?

People do. Whether you should depends on your case. The templates and the worked examples show what a complete filing looks like and where combat sports petitions get challenged. They cannot assess your evidence for you.

How do I get in after I pay?

Your username and password appear on the confirmation page immediately after payment. Save them before you close the tab. If you lose them, email us with your receipt and we will send them again.

Are the real names in the documents?

Yes. Personal data — passport numbers, dates of birth, addresses, signatures and personal contact details — has been removed from every file.

Do you cover other sports?

Yes — cricket, track and field, and motorsports kits already exist. Each is sport-specific because the evidence, the bodies and the failure points differ.

Can I share or resell the files?

No. They are licensed for your own use and your own cases. Please do not redistribute them.
